Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For larger furniture items requiring freight delivery, please allow 10-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Casa Center ships to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to include international destinations in the near future.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unassembled. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to large furniture returns.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Casa Center furniture comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Specific premium brands may offer extended manufacturer warranties as noted on the product page.
